As many of you may know, Leon and I were fortunate enough to travel to Italy and see Rome, Assissi and the Vatican City for ten days during the month of June. We wanted to share just a few highlights from the trip. Neither words or pictures can describe the fabulous city and the time we shared.

As you can tell from the dinner table and our rosie cheeks, we enjoyed "molto vino bianco". That is a lot of white wine! It was endless - course after course and bottle after bottle. This was a nightly occurrance.

The Italians definitely enjoy their food and wine.
